If an asset is sold, FlexFIN’s contractual amount and applicable costs are satisfied first. Any remaining sale proceeds are returned to the client, subject to the transaction documents and final factual, operational, and legal approval. The applicable process, timing, costs, and treatment of proceeds are explained before you decide.
